Yes. Internal Messaging in the Engage Suite is private and tied to your account. Only you (or your team members with access to your account) can create, send, and view messages. Users of your Prompt Builder Clone see the messages while actively using the tool, but they cannot access the messaging dashboard or send messages themselves.
