Most login issues can be resolved by taking the following steps:


OPTION 1

Login Link:

Your purchase email address
Password:
Your Email ID

For eg: if your email address is jbrown253@gmail.com, then your access info would be:


Username:
jbrown253@gmail.com

jbrown253

Click the “Forgot password” option on the login page

STILL HAVING ISSUES?

-Paste the password you set yourself or received from us, into a notepad and then copy from there.
Then try logging in.

-Clear your cache from the browser you are using, close down the browser and reopen. Load the login link and try logging in.

-Use another browser such as firefox,vivaldi,opera,edge or brave.

-Login using phone data by turning off the wifi on the phone as it is possible that your internet provider may be blocking it in case the link doesn't load at all on your computer browser.

If the problem persists,open a new ticket (include product receipt and your login details), send us a screenshare video using any free software such as screenpal.
