Here are a few reasons why it may seem you did not receive access:
PROBLEM:
You purchased from an email address different from the Inbox in which you are searching for access.
SOLUTION:
Please always check the email account used for the purchase, as you may have more than one email account.
Once you find the access, add it to your inventory sheet.

PROBLEM:
The “Thank You” page instructions said we would send your access manually or on a certain date.
SOLUTION:
Please always read the “Thank You” Page for exact instructions.

PROBLEM:
Your email account has marked our emails as SPAM or is blocking our emails.
SOLUTION:
This may happen with non-Gmail accounts, however, it is important to whitelist our email addresses for 5 Dollar Friday Support (READ THE ARTICLE - HOW TO WHITELIST OUR EMAIL ADDRESS)
Alternatively, make a special request to support, to send all access in the future to your Gmail account, and we will add those notes for you.
